I edited two of the 4 messages so that they looked like they were coming from the girl in the middle. I used a brush in photoshop to smoothen the edges of the message box and then use the colour dropper to get the east green I needed to draw the point on the other side of the message box. I then edited these onto my newspaper advert, along with the grey symbol that means someone is typing above her head to anchor the meaning that she is typing.
I then edited two black boxes at the bottom of the picture, due to the usual conventions of channel 4 newspaper adverts. I used the same font as my documentary on my newspaper advert to maintain a sense of house style and branding. I wanted to put a catchphrase before the date and time to be broadcasted to entice audiences to watch it, so I thought I could use a phrase school related. I thought about using 'registration starts at' but this may confuse people as it sounds as if people need to register to watch the program. I am going to create a poll of possible slogans for this to find one.
